Primary Professional Development Coordinator, NRICH Maths Project, University of Cambridge

Fran Watson is the Primary Professional Development Coordinator for the NRICH Maths Project, based at the University of Cambridge. Her role focuses on travelling to schools to run professional development sessions for teachers who want to find out about new ways to teach mathematics, and workshops for school children.

Fran originally trained as an engineer and worked for Techniquest and the British Science Association. She also spent 13 years working as a maths teacher across multiple school ages, before joining NRICH in 2013.
