Gordana Najdanovic works in the Research Strategy Office, which provides research strategy and policy support to the Pro-Vice Chancellor for Research at the University of Cambridge.

Gordana focuses on developing strategic research initiatives in physical sciences and technology and arts, humanities and social sciences, as well as facilitating other strategic research activities.

Prior to joining the University in 2005, Gordana worked in a variety of marketing, business development and management functions in industry.
