Dr Janja Komljenovic is a Senior Lecturer in Digital Futures at the Centre for Research in Digital Education. Her research focuses on the political economy of higher education digitalisation; the digitalisation, datafication, and platformisation of universities; and new forms of economic and social value in digital higher education. Her approach intersects economic sociology, science and technology studies, and higher education research. Janja has published internationally on higher education policy, higher education markets, and educational technology. She acts as a consultant on various international higher education policy projects, is an evaluator of national quality assurance agencies, and a member of international organisations’ committees.
