Lisa Law is a PhD Candidate in the MRC Biostatistics Unit at the University of Cambridge. Her research project involves the design of trials to evaluate telehealth interventions; particularly, looking at the potential of adaptive clinical trial designs to improve efficiency and to handle the complex characteristics of such interventions. Her project involves a collaboration with Philips Research Cambridge and is motivated by their telehealth devices, for example, the Motiva personal healthcare system for managing chronic illness.
