Mary Peart (joint fellowship with Simon Bowkett) is the Head of Rough Sleeping Strategy in the Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government. She has worked in a number of government departments, including the Department for Work and Pensions and the Government Equalities Office. Before joining the Civil Service, she studied Anthropoligy at Durham and UCL.
