Head of Marine, Fauna & Flora International

Nicola Frost is Head of Marine at Fauna & Flora International, the world's first international wildlife conservation organisation. Her work involves support for field teams and partners in designing and implementing effective and locally relevant marine conservation strategies, such as Marine Protected Area establishment and operation, sustainable small scale fisheries solutions, alongside building the capacity of local actors to lead and further develop these initiatives over the long-term.

Before joining Fauna & Flora International Nicola held roles at the International Coral Reef Action Network, and the UNEP World Conservation Monitoring Centre. She holds a BSc in Marine Science from the University of Southampton.
