Orsolya Ihasz is the current Programme and Research Manager at the Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning, Cambridge Judge Business School. She has an eye for spotting opportunities, a passion for creative problem solving, analytical synthesis and project development. She has worked as a mentor helping people commercializing their own research to start their businesses. She has actively contributed to the academic development of the Ignite life science stream and currently working on a project in Women in Life science Businesses. She has been the VP of Business Operations at the Cambridge University Entrepreneurs Club and currently took up her new role at the Innovation Forum.

Prior to her work at Cambridge she acted as the International Research Project Co-ordinator at Peace Child International. PCI is an organization which aims to network different European NGOs to collaborate on projects in the field of sustainable development and youth-led action. As a part of her work she has focused mainly on social policy and youth-led development on a global scale.

She has an interest in entrepreneurship and technology commercialization in the life science and healthcare sector and holds a Masters in International Relations and Economic Development and a Diploma in Executive Coaching from the University of Cambridge.
