Senior Policy Advisor, UK Space Agency

As a Senior Policy Advisor for the UK Space Agency (UKSA), Pamela leads on regulatory frameworks and legislation that enable safe and sustainable commercial spaceflight launches from the UK, its Overseas Territories, and international states. The role also includes engagement and collaboration with government departments, and the governments of UK Overseas Territories, working on various workstreams in the setting-up and ongoing governance of the UK Spaceflight Regulator, as well as developing policies that address wider sector challenges.

Pamela is a Committee Member for the UKSA’s Women’s Network, Women in Aerospace, and a member of the United Nation’s Space4Women, where she supports and promotes gender equality and diversity in the space sector.

Pamela also holds various Board roles in the arts sector and for charitable organisations. She previously worked in Social Housing Regulation at the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, and for the Royal Institute of British Architects.
