Pauline Carnet works as a senior research lead at Policy Lab, an innovative team that works across UK government. She leads on qualitative research and film ethnography, bringing people’s lived experience into innovative policymaking process. She has worked on a range of policy issues, from teachers leadership to online harms through housebuilding data. Prior to joining Policy Lab, Pauline worked for academia, where she lectured sociology and researched undocumented migrations and labour issues.
