One of the Centre for Science and Policy's Policy Leaders Fellows, Robert Madelin (Director General of the DG for Communications Networks, Content and Technology, European Commission) has kindly offered to lead a seminar discussion, under the Chatham House Rule, on the prospects for the Commission under its new President, Jean-Claude Juncker, and what can be expected in terms of reform and regulation actions over the coming years.
