Davina Henderson is the Chief of Staff to Tamara Finkelstein, who became the Permanent Secretary at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) in 2019.
Before taking up this post, Davina was Head of Counter-Terrorism Performance at the Cabinet Office, providing advice on the allocation of CT resources across government. It was in this role that she became a Policy Fellow of the Centre for Science and Policy.
