Frances Oram has been a UK civil servant since 2001. She has worked in a range of strategy, policy and delivery roles across justice, health, education and the Cabinet Office. She is currently Portfolio Director, Children’s Social Care reform delivering a multi-year transformation of the c£12bn pa children’s social care system in England.
