Fraser McArthur is Head of Incident Management and a senior policy advisor at the Cabinet Office National Security Secretariat (currently on secondment). Previously, he has worked within the Ministry of Defence and counter-terrorism policing. Fraser holds an MA in International Relations from the University of St Andrews.
