Deputy Director for mental health legislation and offender health, Department of Health and Social Care

Kathy has worked in health policy for almost 20 years in a variety of roles, including almost 10 years in mental health policy. Her current portfolio includes serious mental illness, suicide prevention, joint work with other government departments such as on mental health and policing, and mental health legislation. Past roles have included working on EU health policy, Diabetes and the role of local authorities in health.
