Konrad Witaszczyk is a research associate and a PhD student at the University of Cambridge working on the CHERI project. He graduated with a BSc degree in Theoretical Computer Science from the Jagiellonian University, an MSc degree in Computer Science from the University of Copenhagen and has worked on security-related mechanisms in operating systems since 2013. Konrad joined the CHERI project as a research associate in January 2021 to work on memory-safe third-party software for the CheriBSD operating system and started his PhD in October 2022 to study and work on compartmentalisation strategies in the CheriBSD operating system kernel under supervision of Prof. Robert Watson.
