Linda has recently contributed to the policy change and delivery of the Rape and Serious Sexual Offences National Operating Model (RASSO NOM) in 43 police forces in England and Wales. She worked alongside the Mayor’s Office for Police and Crime (MOPAC) and the National Police Chiefs’ Council (NPCC) on Operation Soteria, to support the learning, development and wellbeing needs of police officers.

Currently, she is working on Project Bright Light, a pilot study to understand police approaches to domestic abuse investigations. She has recently completed an ISJC and Institute of Health and Wellbeing (UoS) joint report on mapping sexual violence service provision in Suffolk and held a live interview to discuss the findings with BBC Radio Suffolk. Work is underway to extend the impact of its findings to other counties.
