Niamh is a PhD candidate in the Sociology Department at the University of Cambridge. Her academic interests lie around work, wellbeing, and the 4-day week. She is currently involved in the joint research project with BC, UCD, and 4-day Week Global to study the implementation of the 4-day week within companies across the US, UK, and Ireland.
