Noam Tal-Perry is a Research Associate at the Research Strategy Office and Bennett Institute for Public Policy at the University of Cambridge. He is currently studying how research culture can be improved at higher education institutions in the UK as part of the Action Research on Research Culture (ARRC) project. He is interested in metascience, best research practice, and how science can be improved, and serves in several Open Science committees and working groups at the University.

He was previously a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Department of Experimental Psychology at the University of Oxford.
