Associate Director, Institute for Government

Stuart is an associate director working in the Institute’s public services team. Before working at the Institute, he was a management accountant.

Stuart studied politics and economics for his undergraduate degree and public policy for his master’s. His work at the Institute has focused on health and adult social care policy as well as local government services and finance.
