Su joined CSaP as Centre Coordinator in November 2018. She has previously worked as a member of the management team of the Royal Academy Schools, a postgraduate art school based in the Royal Academy of Arts in London, and as the Administrative Officer in the Department of Social Anthropology, University of Cambridge.

Su has a BA in Art History, gained as a mature student from Anglia Ruskin, and an MA from the University of Cambridge. She enjoys the visual arts, theatre, cinema and playing Mah Jong.
