Tina is currently at the Bank of England, within the Prudential Regulation Authority, where she is a Manager within the Prudential Policy Directorate. Tina specialises in governance and remuneration policy.

Tina also has practical governance experience an External Member of Council and Audit Committee at UCL, University of London. She was previously an External Member of Council and the Audit and Risk Committee at Royal Holloway, University of London.

Tina’s background is as an insurance lawyer and qualified as a solicitor with the City law firms of Davies Arnold Cooper, now DAC Beachcroft, and Seymours. Tina also worked in-house as legal counsel for Marsh and McLennan Companies Inc., a major international financial services company.

Tina is an experienced mentor of students and is currently a professional mentor at the Amos Bursary. The Amos Bursary supports British African Caribbean heritage students, from under-privileged backgrounds in personal and professional development into leading universities and beyond. Tina is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
