Senior Policy Adviser, Royal Academy of Engineering
Carolina Feijao is a Senior Policy Advisor in Research & Innovation and is conducting the Quantum Infrastructure Review commissioned by the UK Government’s Department for Science Innovation and Technology. This review aims to identify opportunities for infrastructure investments that can unlock transformative advances for the UK’s quantum sector.
Carolina has previously worked in technology and innovation policy as a Senior Analyst in Science and Emerging Technology at RAND Europe, with projects ranging from assessing the trends in quantum computing applications for life sciences to developing future scenarios on addressing societal challenges through research & innovation.
Carolina has a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Cambridge and a MSc degree in Quantitative Biology from Imperial College London.
