Prior to his work at the Agency, Chris was as an economic development consultant, supporting a wide array of public sector clients to deliver against policy ambitions.

Beyond the day-to-day job, Chris led Homes England’s LGBT+ employee network for two years, is an active mentor within its mentoring programme, has been a trustee for Groundwork – a leading community regeneration charity – for six years, and is both an alumnus and recently appointed trustee of Future of Greater Manchester – a scheme focused on place-based leadership development.

Chris has an MA in Urban Regeneration and Development from the University of Manchester and a BA in Geography from University College London.
