Senior Lecturer in Strategy and Planning, Anglia Ruskin University
Elisa Alt is a Senior Lecturer in Strategy and Planning at Anglia Ruskin University. She is also the MBA Course Leader at the University's Lord Ashcroft International Business School. Her research focuses on business sustainability, and social entreneurship and intrapreneurship, including the role of individuals in shaping strategy and innovation.
Elisa holds a PhD in Management from Seville University, and a BA in Social Communication from Brazil's UNIVALI. She held a variety of international visiting researcher positions during her PhD, and was a visiting scholar at the D'Amore Kim School of Business at Northeastern University in Boston, USA. Her research has been published in a variety of journals including Journal of Environmental Management, and Journal of Business Ethics.
