Marie-Ann Kyne-Lilley has worked with Executive Education at Cambridge Judge Business School since 2003. As a Programme Manager she worked closely with senior stakeholders in public sector organizations and magic circle law firms to develop and deliver senior leadership programmes. She has also worked with faculty from across the University to deliver executive education programmes for groups from City & Guilds, Ofcom, Anglian Water, and Cambridge University Hospitals, and managed the Cambridge International Health Leaders Programme from 2004 to 2009.

As the Executive Education department grew she moved into a new role, developing customised programmes in close collaboration client colleagues, Cambridge University faculty and Associates, as well as subcontractors and industry partners. She has also more recently been responsible for managing the contractual and logistical relationship with the Government of India's National Police Academy and the University of Cambridge's Institute of Criminology in the delivery of five eight-week programmes for Phase IV of the Mid-Career Training Programme, aimed at senior officers with between 15 and 20 years of service. In 2011 she was appointed the Services Director for Executive Education and manages four client-facing teams.

Marie-Ann has a degree in Philosophy and History from the University of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne: she then trained and practised as a Community Development Worker in Essex and London before becoming a researcher with the Nuffield Trust’s Policy Futures for UK Health Project at Cambridge Judge Business School, where she was responsible for desk research, organising seminars, workshops and planning and managing international academic conferences. She has also worked with third sector organisations, including the National Union of Students as Director of Development and Training.
