Postdoctoral Researcher, Computer Laboratory, University of Cambridge
Dr Amir Chaudhry is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Computer Laboratory at the University of Cambridge. He is a Programme Manager in the Systems Research Group, which deals with Networking and Operating Systems and has a strong leaning towards real implementations and deployments.
He is part of the OCaml Labs team working on Functional Programming, the 'Internet of Things' and privacy preserving technologies. The general aim is to make improvements to OCaml and create software that allows users to be at the centre of their digital lives.
Amir has an MSci in Physics from Imperial College London, an MSc in Neuroscience from UCL, and a PhD in Neuroscience from Cambridge.
