Florence joined CSap in June after completing her MSc with the History of Philosophy of Science Department here in Cambridge. She works mainly on the CAPE (Capabilities in Academic Policy Engagement) project, a Research-England funded knowledge exchange and research project which investigates how to support effective academic-policy engagement. Before this she completed her BA with the Philosophy department. She is currently applying for PhD programs in clinical ethics, and is particularly interested in the ethical problems raised by developments in precision medicine.
