Florence was a Policy Assistance at CSaP from 2022-23 after completing her MSc with the History of Philosophy of Science Department in Cambridge. She worked mainly on the CAPE (Capabilities in Academic Policy Engagement) project, a Research-England funded knowledge exchange and research project which investigates how to support effective academic-policy engagement. Before this she completed her BA with the Philosophy department. She is now a PhD student researching clinical ethics, with a focus on the ethical problems raised by developments in precision medicine.
