Head of Technology and Innovation, Greater Cambridge Partnership

Dan Clarke serves as the Head of Technology and Innovation for the Greater Cambridge Partnership where he leads strategic engagement with local leaders, elected members, and organizational leads to develop and deliver impactful projects related to transport and mobility in Cambridge.

Previously, Daniel served as the Future Digital Programme Manager at the Cambridgeshire County Council and led Cambridgeshire Future Transport which was an innovative programme which developed alternative models for public transport. He has successfully managed multi-million pound programmes and has in-depth knowledge of the application of technologies in cities. His experience covers digital transformation in the public sector, transport and the move to Intelligent Mobility, the use of data to support innovation and transformation, city applications of the ‘Internet of Things’ and delivery of connectivity projects.
