Future Digital Programme Manager, Cambridgeshire County Council

Daniel led Cambridgeshire Future Transport which was an innovative programme which developed alternative models for public transport. The programme was accepted onto the first round of the NESTA Creative Councils process. He is developing a ‘Smart Cities’ programme for Cambridge and is working on a number of ‘Internet of Things’ projects and ‘Intelligent Mobility’ projects. He acts as a champion for digital transformation within Cambridgeshire County Council. He has successfully managed multi-million pound programmes and has in-depth knowledge of the application of technologies in cities. His experience covers digital transformation in the public sector, transport and the move to Intelligent Mobility, the use of data to support innovation and transformation, city applications of the ‘Internet of Things’ and delivery of connectivity projects.
