Environmental Quality & Growth Manager, Cambridge City Council

Jo Dicks is the Environmental Quality & Growth Manager for Cambridge City Council. His role involves managing a team of environmental scientists, engineers and environmental health officers, covering areas including environmental compliance, policy development, and planning consultation. He also leads on a variety of projects including the Green Deal Communities, funded by DECC (now part of the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy).

Jo previously worked as a Principal Scientific Officer at Cambridge City Council. He holds an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London, and an LLB from King's College London.
