Rupert Wegerif is a Professor of Education at the Faculty of Education, University of Cambridge. His research focuses on dialogic education, including areas such as dialogic approaches to teaching and learning with ICT, and dialogic theory of education, as well as Computer Supported Collaborative Learning, and the nature and promotion of collective intelligence.
Rupert is a member of several professional bodies including the European Association of Research in Learning and Instruction, and the British Educational Research Association. His research has received funding from a variety of groups, including HEFCE, Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, and National Aerospace Technology Programme.
