Samuel Houlberg is Policy Fellowships Coordinator at the Centre for Science and Policy, where he is responsible for fostering networks and collaboration between policymakers and academics.

Samuel completed a BA in French and History from King's College London, spending a year abroad teaching English in France, and an MPhil in American History from the University of Cambridge.

Prior to joining CSaP, he worked as a baker, and he has also been a research assistant on projects looking at the internment of foreign 'aliens' in Britain during WWII, and studying eighteenth-century Neapolitan material culture.
