After obtaining his MPhil in Technology Policy in 2009, Alberto returned to Cambridge to start his PhD in the field of innovation policy.
Alberto is passionate about the interplay of government, industry and academia as catalysers of innovation and technological change for the benefit of society. His research at Judge Business School focuses on the impacts of the interplay between regulation and technology on innovation outcomes in the context of smart grids deployment.
In his professional development, Alberto has sought to acquire a broad base of experience in both the public and private sectors, and, more recently, in academia. He is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
