Policy Fellowships Manager

As Policy Fellowships Manager, Erica oversees the Policy Fellowship Programme, with tasks that range from recruiting new Policy Fellows, fostering networking and collaboration between policy makers and academics, organising events and collecting feedback for programme development.

Erica's previous experiences include administrative and project management roles at the University of Cambridge, Cambridge University Press and the private sector.

Before moving to Cambridge, she lived in Turin, Italy, where she worked in political communication and event organisation for the Italian Regional Government and Turin City Council.

Erica holds a B.A. in Political Science and an M.A. in Political and Public Communication from the University of Turin. Her MA thesis focused on urban regeneration policies in post industrial cities, with a specific focus on the city of Liverpool.

She is a fiction author and she holds an M.A. in Publishing from Anglia Ruskin University, with a thesis on the role of content marketing in trade publishing.
