Stewart has played various roles in the Cambridge entrepreneurial ecosystem over the last 20+ years. Having started a number of his own ventures he went on to be the founding Director of ideaSpace at the University of Cambridge, where over 12 years he and his team supported over 500 new ventures. He left ideaSpace to co-found Deeptech Labs, a deep-tech venture accelerator and venture fund. He is currently leading a new initiative integrating corporate, entrepreneurial, non-profit, policy and service leaders into social impact themes such as health, sustainability and prosperity. Alongside his venturing he supports a number of initiative through board and committee positions and is an affiliated lecturer in entrepreneurship at the University of Cambridge.
