Will Gaby is Private Secretary at the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC). Previously, he was Policy Fellowships Coordinator at the Centre for Science and Policy, where he was responsible for fostering networks and collaboration between policymakers and academia. Will also conducted research on the uses of rapid evidence in government in collaboration with GO-Science and Capabilities in Academic Policy Engagement (CAPE).

Will holds an MPhil in Modern British History from the University of Cambridge, and a BA in History from the University of Warwick. He has worked on research projects for the Legacy of Slavery Working Party at Jesus College, Cambridge.
